Override開幕：Gaming Legendsのルートプール、新スプライト11体、今後の追加分

The wait is over: Chapter 7 Season 4: Override came online this morning after the roughly four-hour maintenance window locked in yesterday, per launch-day coverage from Forbes. The Gaming Legends season Epic teased for a week is now playable, and the day-one loot pool is bigger than the trailers suggested.

The headliners lean hard into the crossover theme: the Mega Buster (legendary arm cannon), the 8-Bit Shotgun with pixel effects, Sonic Power Sneakers for traversal, and the Tetris Rift, which heals through area-of-effect Tetris pieces. The original-Fortnite side answers with Midas' Masterpiece — a single-fire golden pistol that eliminates on a headshot — plus the 1-Up Token (respawn with full inventory), the God Mode Llama, the Extraction Accelerator, the Llama Supply Drop, and a Spicy Taco heal-and-sprint consumable.

Sprites return with a Gaming Legends cast

The Sprite system survives the season transition with 11 new Sprites to collect, including Sonic, Tails and Shadow alongside returning fan-favorite Klombo and Fortnite originals like 8-Bit, Crown, Bush and Jonesy. If you finished the Runners collection before last night's cutoff, the counter starts fresh today.

What is not in the pool yet

Two of the most anticipated items are staged for later in the season: dual weapons from Cyberpunk: Edgerunners and a mythic-tier Kingdom Hearts Keyblade, per GamingBible. Epic has not dated either drop. With over 20 gaming collaborations confirmed for the season, expect the pool to rotate more aggressively than usual.
